The server startup was delayed while we enabled Database Replication to a web database server for Marketing. We ran into a snapshot delay that caused us to miss our window by 10 minutes.

There was an application lock on one of the tables responsible for the killing/re-launching of dead constalations/solar systems. The issue was fixed and the effected solar systems were automaticly re-mapped by the system. You should be good to go...
